Zenith
Zenith extends Canton with native EVM execution and planned SVM support, enabling developers to deploy unmodified Solidity smart contracts directly on Canton's infrastructure — using familiar tooling including Hardhat, Foundry, and MetaMask, with no changes to existing code. The key technical primitive is atomic composability. EVM applications on Zenith can interact with Canton-native assets and workflows in a single Canton transaction, with no bridges and no separate finality. Both legs commit together or neither does — guaranteed at the protocol level, not the smart contract layer. This opens Canton's institutional rails to the full depth of Ethereum's developer ecosystem: DeFi primitives, RWA protocols, lending markets, and payment flows can now run alongside the workflows already operating on Canton at real-world volumes.
